Expense Manager:Budget Tracker
**Privacy Policy — Expense Manager: Budget Tracker**
**Last updated:** August 2026
**App:** Expense Manager: Budget Tracker
**Package:** com.all.daily.expense.manager.cloudvaultifyapps
This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, and share information when you use the app, including data handled by third-party SDKs (Google AdMob and Firebase). It is written to meet Google Play’s User Data policy and to stay consistent with our Play Console Data safety declarations.
**Information stored on your device**
Expenses, categories, grocery lists, recurring items, budgets, savings goals, and similar content you enter are stored locally on your device (SQLite / Drift). We do not upload your expense ledger to our own servers.
Optional profile details (such as name or photo) stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
App preferences (language, currency, theme, premium flag, and similar settings) are stored locally on your device.
**Information collected or processed automatically**
Advertising & AdMob: When ads are shown (and you are not on a premium / remove-ads plan), the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share device and account identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID), approximate location derived from IP address, app interaction data (such as launches and taps related to ads), and diagnostic information. This is used for advertising, measuring ad performance, analytics related to ads, and fraud prevention, as described in Google’s AdMob Play data disclosure.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics may collect app usage and diagnostic data (for example screen views, events, device and app instance identifiers) to understand how the app is used and to improve stability and features.
Crash reporting: Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, device information, and installation identifiers to diagnose and fix bugs.
Remote configuration for ads: We may read non-personal configuration from Cloud Firestore (for example whether ads are enabled and interstitial frequency). That configuration is not your expense data.
Purchases: If you buy remove-ads / premium, Google Play’s billing system processes the purchase. We receive purchase status needed to unlock the feature; payment card details are handled by Google Play, not by us.
Network: The app needs internet access for ads, analytics, crash reporting, remote ad settings, purchases, and optional links (such as the Play Store).
**How we use information**
To provide expense tracking, reports, exports, and settings on your device.
To show ads and measure ad performance (unless you have an active premium / remove-ads purchase that suppresses ads).
To analyze app usage, improve the product, and fix crashes.
To process in-app purchases and restore premium status.
We do not sell your personal expense records. Advertising identifiers and related data used by Google’s advertising services are processed under Google’s terms and policies for those services.
**Sharing with third parties**
We share data with service providers as needed to run the app:
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — advertising and related measurement
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore) — analytics, crash reporting, and remote ad configuration
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and Google Play / Google Ads / Firebase terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
**Advertising ID & your choices**
On Android, the app declares use of the advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) because AdMob may use it. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Google → Ads, or Privacy / Ads settings depending on your OS version). You can also limit personalized ads in those settings. Purchasing remove-ads / premium (where offered) turns off ads in this app. Limited ads / privacy options provided by Google’s ad SDKs may also apply in some regions.
**Security**
Local expense data remains on your device. Data sent to Google services (ads, analytics, crash reporting, Firestore configuration, Play Billing) is transmitted using modern encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS), consistent with those products’ security practices. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
**Export, backup & deletion**
When you export or share data, files are created on your device or sent through apps you choose (email, cloud storage, etc.); those apps have their own policies. Because core expense data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing app data deletes local data we store there. We do not operate a cloud account for your expense ledger. To stop analytics or ad identifiers used by Google on your device, use your device privacy controls and/or contact us via the Play listing for assistance with residual service-side identifiers where applicable.
**Permissions**
The app may request camera or photo/storage access only for features you use (for example a profile photo). Internet and network state are used for ads, analytics, crash reporting, remote settings, and purchases. Billing permission is used for Google Play purchases. You can revoke optional permissions in your device settings.
**Children’s privacy**
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of building profiles. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us via the Play listing so we can help address it.
**Policy changes**
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or Google Play policy changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Please also review the Data safety section on our Google Play listing, which must remain consistent with this policy.
**Contact**
For questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us through the Google Play store listing for Expense Manager: Budget Tracker (developer: cloudvaultifyapps), or the support email listed there.
